Full Day Kulen Mountain Adventure Tour

Your tour will begin at your hotel before leaving for your 75km ride to Kulen Mountain.

Kulen Mountain was the birthplace of the ancient Khmer empire where King Jayavarman the second proclaimed independence from Java. The area attracts people seeking blessings from the 'Holy Waters'  in the area which are thought to help couples with fertility.

Your guide will lead you on a journey through the countryside, past beautiful rice paddies and villages where you will see local Khmer village people going about their daily lives. Along the way you will also have the opportunity to interact with local people and you can ask your guide to stop for photographs at any time. Once you arrive at Kulen Mountain, a short walk along a well maintained path will lead you to a beautiful cascading waterfall where you can swim in the refreshing water in the rock pools below, to cool off after your long ride - so don’t forget to pack your bathers and a towel. Change rooms are available onsite.  You will also visit the 1000 Linga, an historical site where many carvings lay visible beneath the water’s surface.  View the enormous reclining Buddha housed inside a structure built atop a huge rock formation offering amazing views over the top of the jungle.  

At the completion of the tour, we will return back to your hotel.
